Dr. Ali Abdullah AlOthman is the Group Chief Revenue Officer at AlMeswak Medical Group. With expertise in health insurance and Revenue Cycle Management, he brings over 15 years of experience to his role. Dr. AlOthman holds an MD from Odessa State Medical University and has pursued further studies in Healthcare Administration and Project Management, earning a Master's degree in the latter. He has served as an Executive Member of the Permanent Executive Committee for the Private Medical Sector at the Council of Health Insurance, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the healthcare industry.
Mr. Osama Kassab is the Internal Audit Director at AlMeswak Medical Group, with over 16 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, corporate governance, risk management, and business advisory. His career includes roles in major Saudi companies and a Big Four audit firm. Osama holds CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certifications, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
Mrs. Sandra Atallah is the Group Marketing Director at AlMeswak Medical Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing communications. She leads the marketing efforts for the largest network of dental and dermatology clinics in the Middle East, developing and executing marketing strategies for the brands. Sandra oversees 360-degree campaigns, manages brand identity transformation, and enhances customer perception while ensuring top-notch service delivery. Prior to joining AlMeswak, she worked at leading advertising agencies such as Ogilvy, Impact BBDO, Wunderman, and Y&R, managing key accounts like Pepsi, Mars, Unilever, Emirates Airlines, and Orange Telecom. Mrs. Sandra holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Communications from the American University of Beirut and a diploma in Mastering Digital Marketing from London Business School.
Dr. Moria Al-Qahtani, the Operation Director at AlMeswak Medical Group, brings 12 years of experience to his role. He holds a D.D.M. (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from the Medical University of Lodz, Poland. Dr. Moria has extensive experience in the medical field, including overseeing Saudi long-term medical care programs in Europe during his tenure at the Saudi Health Mission in Berlin. His background includes working in specialized dental centers under the Ministry of Health and quality management within the private sector, particularly in dentistry and hospitals.
Mr. Shady M. Mostafa is the Finance Director at AlMeswak Medical Group. He has over 17 years of experience in audit, finance management, advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Shady holds certifications in CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Commerce from Ain Shams University in Egypt.
Ms. Zahra Alsaman specializes in Human Resources and Change Management, bringing 6 years of experience to her role as Group Human Capital Director. She earned her degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, USA. Zahra has a distinguished background in the healthcare industry, where she has successfully led strategic initiatives in HR function transformation and organizational change management. She is a certified SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
Mr. Ibrahim Bedair is the Group Compliance Director and Board Secretary at AlMeswak Medical Group. With over 28 years of experience in internal audit and compliance within listed companies, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. He holds a diploma in strategic governance, risk management, and compliance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Tanta University, where he graduated with second-class honors.
